- Once your books are delivered, take 7 days to explore the books with your kiddos.
- Enjoy, Engage & Have Fun
3. Keep The Books You Love
- We provide a return label in every box in the event some books may not fit your family.
- Attach provided return label.
- Drop at your nearest UPS office or Dropbox.
- You will receive the eligible refund once the books are back

Frequently Asked Questions
Each month, your reader will receive a box of books based on the age group and product you designated for them at check out.
Each monthly box will include your choice of 3 or 4 books that vary in weight, size, binding and content.
We provide a free return label with all box/club purchases to make returns simple and convenient. Any book from our box clubs that may not fit your family is eligible for return within 7 days of having received the box.
1 Time or single box purchases are not eligible for free shipping labels. We will only accept returns in the event books have been obviously damaged in transit.
Special boxes are not required for returns. As long as you have the return label, books can be returned in the box that the books were shipped or any box you may have available. We do suggest that you ship them in a quality box similar to the one delivered to you so there is no damage to the books in transit.
